In 1998, Reid Guidry's father bought a $300 trailer and a single grill, determined to share his love of barbecue on the Texas festival circuit. That humble setup, anchored by a Crown Verity 72” mobile grill, became the foundation for Piggin’ Out Pork-A-Bobs: a regional favourite known for its signature kebabs and smoked flavours. More than twenty years later, Reid has taken the reins, growing Piggin’ Out into a thriving mobile food truck business built on the same values of quality, reliability, and tradition. What began with one grill has evolved into a full fleet of Crown Verity units.
