Press Brake Operator, Bowling Green, KY

We are looking for a motivated individual who has a steady work history. We need experienced operators for our new Amada electric press brakes. This latest technology features robotic bending, automatic tool changers and incorporates the latest technologies in both forming and safety. Successful candidates will be trained on Amada’s bending software and will be required to monitor and manage the robotic bend cell’s functions. We also have a new Amada HRB8025 Press Brake. We expect successful candidates to be trained and be able to operate our non-robotic press brake as well. To be successful as a Press Brake Operator, you should have prior experience and ability to interpret blueprints. You will also be able to use various measurement devices including calipers, digital angle gauges, tape measures, etc. During a typical shift, this position regularly performs heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and will be required to stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time.

Laser Operator, Bowling Green, KY

We are looking for a motivated individual who has a steady work history. We need an experienced operator for our new state of the art Amada Ventis 6KW laser, which includes a Tower system to store steel, an automatic loader and a precision high speed automated Part Take Out System. This highly automated system reduces material handling requirements with operator safety and ergonomics in mind. Successful candidates will be trained on Amada’s laser cutting software, tower and part picking automation and will be required to monitor and manage the laser cutting cell’s functions. To be successful as a Laser Operator, you should have prior experience performing computer and mechanical machine set-ups and troubleshooting while also running production jobs. You will also be able to use various measurement devices including calipers, tape measures, etc. During a typical shift, this position regularly performs heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and will be required to stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time.

Robotic Welding Operator, Bowling Green, KY

We are looking for a motivated individual who has a steady work history with various welding techniques but specifically laser welding. We need experienced welders to operate our new robotic and handheld laser welders. The Amada Robotic Fibre Laser Welder is the latest technology in welding and will be used to weld the majority of our products. The IPG handheld laser welding system will be used to weld smaller components with lower production requirements. Both laser systems come with the latest in software and safety technologies. Successful candidates will be trained on Amada’s Laser Welding software and will be required to monitor and manage the robotic weld cell’s functions. To be successful as a Welder, you should have prior experience interpreting blueprints and reading tape measures. During a regular shift this position regularly performs heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and is required to stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time.

Production Assembly Associate, Bowling Green, KY

We are looking for a motivated individual who has a steady work history. We need experienced and responsible assembly associates, who value quality in their work and take pride in the results. Successful candidates will be trained to proficiently assemble various models of grills and other outdoor kitchen equipment. All necessary tools will be provided, it’s expected that all candidates are able to use small power tools and be comfortable with shop instructions. During a typical shift, this position regularly performs heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and will be required to stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time.
