Bone-In Beef Tenderloin w/Peppercorn Sauce
INGREDIENTS
BONE-IN BEEF TENDERLOIN
- 2 bone-in tenderloin steaks
- Your favourite steak seasoning
MADAGASCAR PEPPERCORN SAUCE
- 1 C thickened beef stock (substitute beef gravy)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp 35% cream
- 1 oz dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp green peppercorns
PREPARATION
BONE-IN BEEF TENDERLOIN
- Season steak lightly with steak seasoning.
- Grill on medium high for 3 to 4 minutes a side or to your personal preference.
MADAGASCAR PEPPERCORN SAUCE
- Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add green peppercorns and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add thickened beef stock, stir until bubbling.
- Add sherry and 35% cream.
- Continue stirring until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve with steak.
