Vegetables In Red Pepper Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Red pepper
- 2 Broccoli flowerets
- 2 Cauliflower flowerets
- 2 Petite patty pan (squash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hollandaise sauce
PREPARATION
- Cut the red pepper down the middle leaving the green stem to add colour.
- Clean peppers out.
- Blanch the broccoli, cauliflower and patty pans.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble by placing 1 floweret of broccoli, cauliflower and 1 petite patty pan in each red pepper.
- Place on top rack of the grill heated to 350F until the pepper is cooked. (Approx. 10 minutes)
- Finish with hollandaise just before serving.
