BlogCabernet Sauvignon FiletCabernet Sauvignon FiletINGREDIENTS 1 C Cabernet wine 4 Tbsp red currant jelly 1/4 C red wine vinegar 2 Tbsp grainy mustard 1 Tbsp garlic 1 1/2 Tbsp oregano 2, 6 oz tenderloins PREPARATION Combine first six ingredients and marinate steak for a minimum of 1/2 hour or over night. Remove steak from marinade and season with salt and pepper. Then grill at 400F for 2 -3 minutes per side or as desired. In the meantime put the marinade in a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce by 1/2 or 3/4. ASSEMBLY Pour sauce all over steak. Serve with roasted potatoes, fresh green beans and cherry tomatoes.
