BlogBone-In Beef Tenderloin w/Peppercorn SauceBone-In Beef Tenderloin w/Peppercorn SauceINGREDIENTS BONE-IN BEEF TENDERLOIN 2 bone-in tenderloin steaks Your favourite steak seasoning MADAGASCAR PEPPERCORN SAUCE 1 C thickened beef stock (substitute beef gravy) 1 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp 35% cream 1 oz dry sherry 2 Tbsp green peppercorns PREPARATION BONE-IN BEEF TENDERLOIN Season steak lightly with steak seasoning. Grill on medium high for 3 to 4 minutes a side or to your personal preference. MADAGASCAR PEPPERCORN SAUCE Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add green peppercorns and cook for about 2 minutes. Add thickened beef stock, stir until bubbling. Add sherry and 35% cream. Continue stirring until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with steak.
